The company broadened its product range by launching a line of small-scale, low volume machinery designed for artisanal producers and recipe development in labs. This new range quickly became popular among global confectioners.
Additionally, Loynds opened a test kitchen at their UK facility, enabling customers to conduct product trials and recipe testing, or learn how the range of machinery works. A showroom featuring the Loynds flow pack machines range was also established, facilitating expansion into industries requiring general packaging machinery.
