The Candy Mini Wrap machine is a high speed packing machine suitable for wrapping small candies such as rounds, ovals, squares, and oblongs. Whether you’re packaging hard candies or similar products, this high-speed pillow pack machine delivers consistent, high-quality results. With an output speed of 20 to 800 wraps per minute and adjustable pack lengths between 42mm to 80mm, it can handle various candy shapes. The machine includes a vibratory feeder that automatically feeds product feed into the feed plate / chain infeed system.
The machine is designed for ease of operation with a user-friendly keypad for bag length control and comes equipped with a wrap counter and speed indicator for process monitoring. Its multi-brush feed system is driven by four independent motors, ensuring precise product feeding. Built for durability, the Candy Mini Wrap features a robust steel powder-coated finish and stainless-steel contact parts, making it ideal for long-term use in busy production environments.
The machine is supplied mounted on wheels with screw down anchor feet.
