- The machines when completed have inspection and testing done in Asia before onward despatch to the UK.
- We invite customers to see their machinery running and where possible we will do so with product.
- Travel itinerary in Asia for machine inspections can be arranged by Loynds.
- Be assured, we are always here to help with technical knowledge, spare parts, and any customer service that you may require.
- Machines will be shipped as standard back to the UK for further quality checks and final testing.
- If you require machinery on a short lead time we can arrange for the machinery to be shipped directly from Asia to you.

- Material: Constructed entirely from stainless steel, offering longevity and ease of cleaning.
- Heating System: Equipped with a self-contained water-jacketed heating system, ensuring even and efficient temperature distribution. Larger tanks are supplied with as self contained pump to move the heated water around the jacket.

- Thermostat: Features a fully controllable thermostat, crucial for maintaining chocolate at optimal temperatures.
Stirring Mechanism
- Stirrer Type: Incorporates top-driven, over-driven gate-type stirrers, enhancing the consistency of the chocolate mixture.
- Drive System: Stirrers are powered by a bridge-mounted motor and gearbox unit, ensuring reliable and steady operation.
Safety and Outlet Design
- Lid Design: Each tank has two hinged lids at the sides of the center bridge, enhancing access and maintenance.
- Safety Features: Magnetic safety switches are attached to the lids, prioritizing operator safety.
- Outlet Valve: Fitted with a stainless steel ball or butterfly valve outlet, facilitating easy and controlled discharge of chocolate.
