The Loynds RS02 Mini Candy Rope Sizer, an indispensable machine designed specifically for low to medium volume candy manufacturing. The machine has been designed to take up an extremely small footprint while still maintaining the same functionality you would expect from a normal sized rope sizing machine.
Due to its small footprint, the machine is popular for use in recipe development kitchens, “product demonstration” manufacturers, small to medium volume manufacturers as well as for use in the manufacturing of cannabis infused confectionery.

Built in England with a commitment to durability, our rope sizer is manufactured from a robust 304 food grade stainless steel construction, featuring a glass bead finish for optimal hygiene. Designed for longevity, the RS02 operates on a motor gearbox unit enhanced with an electronic variable speed control, ensuring accuracy for both candy and caramel sizing applications.
Versatile Sizing Capabilities
Adaptable to a variety of confectionery needs, the RS02 comes equipped with two pairs of interchangeable sizing rollers supplied to your product requirements. These rollers adeptly resize a larger candy rope into the desired diameter, ready for further processing. Each set of rollers is finely adjustable using a conveniently located dial, enabling precise calibration for different products.
If you require a range of different rope sizes then multiple sets of sizing rollers can be supplied.
