How It Works: Once the candy is spun out from the batch roller it is lined up on a cooling slab. Multiple candy lengths can be positioned side by side. Set the guide bar of the rock candy cutter (using the convenient 10mm measuring notches) to your desired length, and with one swift motion, the confectioner can cut through the brittle, cooled candy. The firm candy ensures uniform cuts without damaging the bars. (its important to ensure the candy has sufficiently cooled to aid the cutting).
Applications: This rock candy cutter is ideal for candy manufacturers producing traditional candy poles, known as “Rock” in the UK, as well as other types of round hard candy bars. It’s a must-have tool for ensuring uniformity and efficiency in your candy production process.
